I’m Chelsie Bakken and I’m an artist. I started Fruit Cocktail Creative to offer the various “fruits of my labor” to my clients. I understand that in photography, shadows are sometimes more important than light and sometimes highlights need to invade shadow's space. The same is true in design; The negative space is complimentary of the positive and type not only consists of words but of unique shapes. Color inspires me as well as fabrics, texture, nature, organic lines, and unexpected art found in unforeseen places. I specialize in photography and graphic design for publications, catalogs, editorial and advertising.
